Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP 
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:00 Am - 5:00 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

DELIVERED ORDERS
The amount of time that it will take to ship the goods to you will be calculated and presented to you when you place your order. However, shipping times are subject to change. We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice (i.e. Acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures, unanticipated surges in volume).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bracket Sistem Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bracketsistem.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
